Free Bill Payment Service!

Federal Savings Bank offers our Premium Bill Payment Service at no cost for our customers. Please be aware that fees may be assessed for bill payment services including expedited payments and people to people payments. For a list of services, please contact an e-banking service representative.

Same Day Bill Payment Feature

Same Day Bill Payment - This new feature allows bill payment subscribers to make same day payments to payees. This option is only available if the merchant allows same day payments and the payment is being made electronically. The cost for Same Day Payment is $9.95.

Can I pay bills out of any of my accounts?

Bill payment transactions are permitted from designated checking accounts.

How do I set up payments?

Once you log into the bill pay system, adding payees is simple and easy. You will need the payees’ name, address, phone number and account number with them, if applicable. Payments must be made in the United States, and restrictions include, Federal Tax payments, alimony and child support.


FSB customers have the ability to get their monthly checking account statements via email. They are password protected and accessible much quicker than regular mail. FSB recommends that MAC users employ the safari browser to access eStatements.

Telephone Banking

Telephone banking enables you to conduct banking transactions from the comfort of your own home. Transfer funds between FSB accounts, check your balance, find out about recently cleared checks and debit transactions and more! How's that for convenience! Simply call 1-888-742-2721 to get started.

Federal Savings Bank is the proud underwriter of Apple Harvest Day, which is a fall festival produced by the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce.

Relay for Life

Federal Savings Bank employees volunteer every year to participate in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life Walk. Over the last few years, FSB employees have raised over $15,000 for the American Cancer Society.

Day of Caring

For over 10 years, Federal Savings Bank has participated in the United Way's Day of Caring. A group of FSB employees volunteer to help work at a deserving non-profit organization for a day. Here, a group of FSB employees help do yard work at a youth camp in Strafford.

United Way

Each year, Federal Savings Bank employees volunteer to produce an internal campaign to raise funds for the United Way. The staff picks a theme, prepares a breakfast and holds several fundraising activities throughout the year.

Spirit of the Seacoast

Federal Savings Bank partners with Seacoast Media Group and The United Way to produce the annual Spirit of the Seacoast awards. Federal Savings Bank employees serve on the committee that selects deserving volunteers in the community to receive special recognition. FSB grants each recipient a $500 grant to donate to a non-profit organization. To date, FSB has donated over $12,000 to the Spirit of the Seacoast program.
