Lost or Stolen Cards
To report a lost or stolen Debit/ATM Card during non-banking hours please call 1-800-554-8969. Should you discover your Debit/ATM Card is lost or stolen during normal banking hours, please contact a customer service representative at 1-800-462-2265.
Give us a call! Informing us of your travel plans ensures that you'll be able to use your card while you are away. And if a situation arises where we need to take action to protect the security of your card, providing us with a phone number where you can be easily reached will help limit any inconvenience.
We continue to protect your information to the best of our ability and regularly implement new technologies to safeguard your information. Due to the increase in fraudulent debit card activity originating from specific foreign countries, we may block some card transactions – providing you with even more protection.
If you plan to travel or make an online purchase outside of the United States, please notify us as soon as possible. The block can be temporarily removed and reinstated when you return from your trip or complete a purchase.
